Aurora21, located 60 miles north of New York City, is the high-tech river side home to the AI Design Corps's. This celebrated design lab occupies 2 acres on the Hudson River. The 5,900-square-foot connected, co-creation space, features a world-class 10-seat theater, gym, 3D Print Lab, 8-desk co-working space, outdoor meeting spaces, electric car charging and private rooms rentals.

In 2026, the Ai Design Corps will break ground on an updated pool, smart design suites, scoring and mix stages and outdoor lab spaces. Today, the property includes the main property, outdoor collaboration spaces and spectacular views of the Hudson River.
